Through our National Center for Grieving Children and Families we provide support and training locally, nationally and internationally to individuals and organizations seeking to assist children in grief.
Order Processing
You will receive your order within 5-9 business days from the date the order was placed. If we are unable to process your order within our standard timeframe, you will be contacted, via email, immediately.
Shipping Rates
Following are our standard ground shipping rates to any location within the United States not including AK and HI. Orders shipped to AK and HI will incur an additional charge. For Overnight, Two, or Three day shipments the order must be received by 2:00 pm PST. Our standard rate for your purchase will be automatically entered at check-out.

Return Policy
Purchased items may be returned upon receiving a return authorization from The Dougy Center. All returns must be in like-new condition (no bends, tears or sticker residue) and be retuned within 90 days from the date of purchase. We will refund or exchange the item(s) purchased not including shipping. Returns of three more items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
