Executive Assistant
Full-time, excellent benefits package, reports to Executive Director at SE Portland location. Responsibilities include project management (grants implementation, bookstore development, promotion of services, evaluations processes), administrative support for Executive Director and throughout organization (software utilization, systems refinement, organization-wide calendar maintenance), bookstore order fulfillment, and speakers bureau management. Must have 5-10 years experience in Executive Assistant/Project Management positions or equivalent, appropriate education/training related to successful execution of tasks, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, extremely detail-oriented while grasping the overall goals and “self-starting,” intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to walk on water desirable and admirable, but not required.
